Responsibilities:

Provide support on post-sale logistics, transactions, installation & commissioning, set up, configuration and roll out
Provide L0, L1 and L2 support for customers regarding product usage, product failure, product performance, product limitations, etc.
Identify upselling and cross selling opportunities and connect the sales team
Receive, document and respond to support requests, qualify and categorise incoming requests
Refer manuals, SOP documents and FAQs to build response
Respond, gather feedback, document and close request
Report on progress

Qualifications:

Graduate of any discipline however engineering graduates are preferred

Should have good communication skills and have a neutral accent

Salary: 3 to 4 lakhs p.a
